A certified Investment and Financial Analyst & business advisory consultant; Pauline’s career spans over 27 years. Managing Partner of B-More Consulting for 14 years; a professional with extensive experience in Microfinance, Institutional Development, Financial Advisory and Support. She has served in senior management positions in a leading Microfinance Bank Faulu Kenya. Rising to CEO position of Faulu Advisory Services where her leadership and management skills were harnessed. She has a -A, an Advanced Diploma in Advanced Management from IESE Business School of Spain in collaboration with Strathmore Business School, is an ICF certified Coach and has undergone extensive leadership and product training in Kenya and abroad.

She is currently the Secretariat for the Fund Managers Association and formerly a Business Advisory Service Provider under the USAID’s The Feed the Future Kenya Investment Mechanism (KIM) project. She sits on several Boards which include the Select Africa Microfinance (A subsidiary of African Alliance) and Kilimani Project Foundation; a community organization.

Formerly on the board of Rafiki Microfinance Bank, Chair of the Association of Microfinance Professionals of Kenya and Task Force member of Institute of Director’s Gender Diversity Framework and on the national Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing National Risk Assessment taskforce among others.
