Peter Kitavi is a seasoned Program Management Professional. He has dedicated over a decade to driving positive change and leadership excellence.

He is proud to have played a pivotal role in transforming a One-Million-Strong leadership development program at the International Christian Center in Nairobi, Kenya. Managing teams of over 100 and 200 people, and collaborating with teams from South Africa, Uganda, and Ethiopia, he has honed his skills in program planning, development, and team leadership.

His passion for inspiring change and excellence led him to speak to diverse audiences, offering unique insights to positively impact lives.

Now, as the Strategic Executive Director at Kilimani Project Foundation, he brings this rich experience to drive community impact and organizational growth.
His commitment extends to serving as Secretary to the Board, ensuring effective communication and informed decision-making.

He oversees fiscal management, maintain the organization’s positive financial position, and provide leadership to our dedicated staff and volunteers.
Serving as a key spokesperson for the community, he engages in public spaces, media, and stakeholder interactions to advance KPF’s mission.
